What if change could feel clear, connected, and purposeful? I’m Alessandro Wärzner, a coach, trainer, and organizational development consultant born in southern Germany in 1985. With over a decade of experience in people and organizational development, I help leaders, teams, and organizations navigate challenges, make grounded decisions, and achieve meaningful progress

About me

My passion for creating lasting change began at the University of Vienna, where I studied psychology with a focus on its clinical, organizational, and economic applications. Initially drawn to psychotherapy, I transitioned to the psychology of work. I later deepened my expertise through management science studies and research on remote collaboration at TU Wien. I started my career in Hamburg, supporting a person with a disability. This role taught me a great deal. I learned about the power of connection and the impact that increased autonomy can have. Next, I worked as a career coach and trainer at a vocational training center in Vienna. After a few years, I joined Refurbed as a senior people developer and eventually built their learning and development and HR business partner functions, becoming head of people and organizational development partners. Refurbed's recognition as Austria's top employer in 2023 and 2024 reflects the impact of this work.

My coaching is systemic, integrative, and impact-oriented, blending psychological insight with practical tools. Certified as a Systemic Business Coach (Trigon, ISO 17024, IOBC) and in Integrative Constructivist Coaching, I use approaches like parts work to resolve subconscious barriers and drive growth. I specialize in supporting startups, scale-ups, and SMEs through leadership transitions, team alignment, and rapid growth.

Whether you’re an individual seeking to change or improve something, a team aiming to thrive, or an organisation navigating growth or change, I provide tailored strategies to unlock sustainable change and success. Ready to move forward with purpose? Let’s connect to explore how I can support you.

About my approach

Thinking in Systems

Nothing we experience exists in isolation. Signals, doubts, or blockages often make perfect sense when seen as part of the wider patterns they belong to. Together, we explore the dynamics that hold things in place and consider what kinds of shifts could create new possibilities for change.

Meaningful Together

You are the expert on your own experience. I contribute structure, hypotheses and questions based on systemic awareness. Together, we develop perspectives that feel meaningful and safe to explore. By attending to the systems around you, such as relationships, roles and environments, we develop ideas and solutions that are insightful and grounded in real context.

Activating Inner Allies

Every part of you, including the inner critic or the part that seems to sabotage, has developed for a reason. These parts offer meaningful feedback from your internal system. Rather than fighting them, we ask what role or intention might be present. This approach often reveals hidden insights and turns resistance into a valuable source of direction.

Unique Paths

There is no standard script that fits everyone. Each step we take is tailored to what suits you in your specific situation. Often, meaningful change comes not from big transformations but from identifying leverage points - those small adjustments in how you relate to yourself and others that open up new space for growth and movement.
